Overview

Librio is an audiobook player for listening to your own local audio files.

The app does not provide an audiobook catalog, does not sell books, and does not allow users to search for or download audiobooks from inside the app. Users add their own local audio files to the app and use Librio to listen to them.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the app stores, how it is used, and what third-party services may be involved.

Data stored by the app

Librio may store the following data locally on your device:

This data is used to provide the main functions of the app, such as continuing playback, saving bookmarks, keeping notes, and remembering your preferred playback settings.

Local audio files

Librio works with audio files selected by the user.

The app may request access to audio files or file storage on your device so that you can add audiobooks to your library.

Librio does not upload your local audio files, notes, bookmarks, or listening history to the developer's server.

Notes, bookmarks and playback progress

Notes, bookmarks, color indicators, and playback progress are stored on your device.

They are used only to provide audiobook playback features inside the app.

If you delete the app or clear its data, this locally stored information may be deleted from your device.

In-app purchases

Librio may offer in-app purchases, such as unlocking the full version of the app.

Payments are processed by the app store or platform provider, such as Huawei.

The app may receive order information, product identifiers, and purchase status information needed to confirm purchases, restore purchases, and provide access to paid features.

The developer does not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising

Librio may display advertisements.

If advertisements are shown in the app, advertising services may process advertising identifiers, including OAID, as well as device, app, and ad interaction information to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with platform requirements.

This processing may be performed by third-party advertising providers, such as Huawei advertising services, depending on the version of the app and the platform where the app is distributed.

Crash reports and diagnostics

Librio may use crash reporting or diagnostic services to help identify and fix technical problems.

Crash reports may include technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, error logs, crash time, and other diagnostic information related to the problem.

Crash reports are used only to improve app stability and fix bugs.

Internet access

Librio may use an internet connection for features such as:

The main audiobook playback functionality works with local audio files selected by the user.

Data sharing

The developer does not sell your personal data.

The app may allow third-party service providers to process limited technical, advertising, diagnostic, or transaction-related information only when needed for app functionality, advertising, purchase processing, diagnostics, or platform requirements.

These service providers may include:

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and platform rules.

Librio does not share your local audio files, notes, bookmarks, or listening history with third-party service providers.

Children's privacy

Librio is not specifically directed to children.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the developer at the email address listed above.

Data deletion

Most Librio data is stored locally on your device.

You can delete locally stored app data by deleting books from the app, clearing app data in your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

If you have questions about privacy or data deletion, you can contact the developer at lucerasoftware@outlook.com.

Security

Librio is designed to keep audiobook library data, notes, bookmarks, and playback progress locally on your device.

However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. The developer works to use reasonable measures to protect app data and reduce unnecessary data collection.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
